Larissa Mallen

As the Client Relations Manager for Hector, I assist in servicing client accounts and policies, preparing and submitting relevant paperwork, and ensuring proper filing. I also help clients with any changes needed in their contracts or contact information and support our advisors in preparing for new meetings and client onboarding. I've been in the financial services industry for over seven years, and before joining Equitable Advisors, I worked at UBEO. What I enjoy most about my role is the relationships I've built with our clients over the years. These relationships make it easier and more rewarding to provide the service and assistance they need.

Interacting with people is a highlight of my daily work. Whether it's coworkers, clients, or service representatives I've worked with over the years, these interactions enrich my role and allow me to provide the best service possible. I believe my greatest value lies in my empathy, communication skills, and ability to understand and anticipate the needs of our clients. These qualities help me connect with clients on a deeper level and deliver services that meet their unique needs.

I'm a native of Austin, Texas, and I currently live in Buda, Texas, with my fiancé, Michael. I'm a twin, and my sister has four children who I enjoy spending a lot of time with. Outside of work, I'm a member of Promiseland Church, a welcoming community for believers of all backgrounds. In my free time, I enjoy reading, creating projects with scrapbooking supplies and paper products, and learning how to crochet. I also love attending local events with my family and thrifting. These activities allow me to express my creativity, connect with my community, and spend quality time with my loved ones.
